Whether a child starts as a complete beginner or is already competing, we focus on the hours of practice, match analysis, and the mindset required to handle pressure. You aren't just signing up for coaching; you are joining a family that treats every rank jump, from 181 to 20, as a victory for the entire team. Our academy is built on the belief that talent is everywhere, not just in privileged circles. We’ve seen incredible transformations—like Yusha Nafees, whose father worked in a sugar mill, grow into an India Number 1 and British Open contender. This is the heart of what we do. ### The Total Squash Philosophy We don't believe in shortcuts. Our programs are designed to build a complete player: * **Foundation:** For ages 6-9, we prioritize grip, swing mechanics, and agility. It is about making the sport fun while building a base. * **High Performance:** For those aiming for the national circuit, we shift to intensive, double-session training days. This includes strength and conditioning, nutrition guidance, and sports science support to prevent injury and maximize explosive power. * **Mental Toughness:** Squash is as much about the head as it is about the racket. We run simulations of match pressure so our juniors stay calm in crucial rallies. ### Why the Environment Matters We are more than an academy; we are a community. Our juniors train alongside senior champions and visiting pros, creating an ecosystem of excellence. Parents are an active part of this journey, often acting as our biggest support system on tournament days. Whether you are looking for local junior development in Delhi or advanced competitive training, we offer a pathway that is transparent about the work involved and committed to the outcome. ## About Squash Xtreme We started with eight kids and a simple mission to create champions, regardless of their background. Today, we are a family of coaches, parents, and players working daily to help every child find their own path to the podium.
