When you train with us, you are learning from ex-national champions and WSF-certified coaches who have been in the trenches. Our head coach, Dhruv Dhawan, and our mentor, Lalit Varma, have built a system where every drill, from a simple backhand drop to high-intensity court craft, is designed with a singular purpose: to build a complete player. Our 'Total Squash' system isn't just about swinging the racket. It’s about building a foundation that lasts. We focus on four pillars: technical racket skills, physical fitness, tactical mindset, and game analysis. We keep our batch sizes small—sometimes just 1:3 for our competitive tracks—because we need to watch your swing, correct your positioning, and refine your movement. ### The Mentorship Factor Why do our students succeed? Because they are coached by people who have lived the competitive journey. Our mentor, Lalit Varma, oversees the development of both our grassroots talent and elite programs. His experience ensures that when we hit the courts at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium, the intensity is real. We don't just coach to get you through the hour; we coach to get you to the next level. ### The Process Over Everything Whether you are a beginner picking up a racket for the first time or a junior aspirant aiming for the national circuit, our team focuses on the process. We use video analysis to fix your form and periodized conditioning to build your strength. We aren't here to make numbers; we are here to build champions, one session at a time. ## About Squash Xtreme We’re Squash Xtreme. We don't just teach squash; we live it. From our mentor Lalit Varma to our head coach Dhruv Dhawan, our entire team is obsessed with one thing: the process of making champions, one drill at a time.
