Our foundation batches for beginners under 10 years old are strictly capped at 4 kids per class. This ensures every student gets personal attention from our coaches to build the right grip, swing, and court movement from day one. ### Our Total Squash System At Squash Xtreme, we do not believe in shortcuts. Our 'Total Squash' system focuses on more than just hitting the ball. We integrate racket skills, tactical court positioning, dedicated fitness drills, and mental conditioning to build resilient athletes. ### Training Programs - **Beginner Foundation:** Designed for ages 6-9, this group program focuses on building a love for the game and mastering the basics—grip, swing path, and court judgment—in a fun environment. - **Semi-Private Competitive Training:** For intermediate juniors, we cap the coach-student ratio at 1:3. This means 60-90 minutes of focused stroke correction, tactical gameplay, and fitness work to prepare you for state and national tournaments. - **Elite High-Performance Program:** For national aspirants, we run a full-time regime, 6 days a week, including double sessions, professional sparring with top-ranked players, and full support from our sports science panel, including nutritionists and physiotherapists. ### Why Train With Us? We operate out of the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium in New Delhi, providing top-tier wooden-floored, glass-back courts. Beyond the city, we also host high-performance mountain camps at Janglia Gaon, Uttarakhand, to train in different environments. We track progress through video analysis and regular tournament planning, ensuring every student has a clear roadmap, whether they are playing for fun or eyeing a collegiate career. ## About Squash Xtreme We are a team that lives on the court, working to turn juniors into champions. We believe parents are the real stars of the show, and we treat every kid like family, not just another student. We don't just coach squash; we create a community where everyone plays to win.
