### Why We Do What We Do

At Squash Xtreme, making champions is our goal, but honestly, it’s about shaping kids beyond the game. We started small, and seeing kids grow – in skill and in confidence – is what keeps us going. We’re all about grassroots; finding talent in places people overlook and giving every kid a shot, not just the privileged ones.

### Our Approach: Total Squash

We believe in starting young and getting it right from the first swing. Our ‘Total Squash’ means we focus on everything:
- Racket skills and court tactics with personal coaching
- Fitness drills for strength, agility and stamina
- Mindset work – we teach kids how to keep cool when the pressure’s on
- Game analysis from top world matches
- Nutrition tips and injury support

Our crew includes ex-national champs and WSF certified coaches, led by Dhruv Dhawan. We don’t believe in shortcuts – it’s all about the process.

### Programs for Every Level

- Kids just starting out join our beginner squash classes for kids (ages 6-9) for basic skills and fun.
- Group classes (max 4 kids) for those under 10 build strong foundations.
- Junior squash development for under 13s ramps up with strategy and match play in tiny groups.
- Competitive squash training for juniors in our High Performance track: pro-level coaching, camps, and even travel support for those chasing big dreams.

### More Than Training

This place is a family. Parents are part of every step, and our juniors get to train with Indian junior squash champions. There’s match practice in our own league and mountain camps at Janglia Gaon.

We’ve seen kids go from total beginners to top India rankings. Some of our guys and girls have bagged medals at Junior Nationals, Australian and Italian Opens, and jumped crazy spots in the rankings in just months. We’re proud, but honestly, there’s so much more to come.

We’re Squash Xtreme. Honestly, started with 8 kids, now our juniors are smashing it at nationals. Feels good. This place? It’s more family than academy. Our coaches are a bit crazy, working all hours, and Lalit Varma, our mentor, keeps us going. Parents are the real heroes here - they give prizes, not some chief guest. Biggest win? Seeing Yusha, whose dad works at a sugar mill, fly to the British Open. Changing lives, that’s our Xtreme.
