#### Design & Preparation

### Custom Pergolas & Tile Roofed Gazebos

Custom fabrication of Mild Steel structures ranging from modern open slatted pergolas to traditional Mangalore tile roofed gazebos.

#### Structural Design & Blueprinting
Custom design based on your outdoor or terrace space to ensure structural safety and aesthetic alignment.

#### Material & Fabrication
Primary structure built using standard hollow Mild Steel (MS) square and rectangular pipes. MS is painted to give a premium finish instead of using expensive aluminum extrusions. End to end welding, grinding, painting, and anchoring to the existing floor or parapet wall.

#### Slatted Pergolas (Base Price)
Minimalist modern designs featuring open MS slatted roofs. Painted in matte black or wood finish enamel with anti rust red oxide priming.

#### Traditional Gazebos (Premium Price)
Construction of pitched roof gazebos using traditional clay or terracotta Mangalore roof tiles over the metal truss, complete with an underlying aesthetic grid or matting.

#### Electrical Setup
Concealed or neatly conduit routed wiring provisions for hanging lamps, string lights, and wall sconces on pillars. Light fixtures are billed separately based on your choice.

Requires a 50 percent advance payment upon design approval.

### Urn Fountains & Custom Koi Ponds

Setup of aquatic elements ranging from plug and play urn fountains to custom excavated naturalistic ponds with EPDM liners.

#### Urn & Statue Fountains (Base Price)
Sourcing and installation of readymade rotto molded or ceramic urns and Buddha statues with a concealed water basin. Includes a basic 18W to 40W submersible pump, plumbing tubes, and decorative pebble dressing.

#### Custom Ponds & Streams (Premium Price)
Excavation or above ground brick framing for a 4x4 ft to 6x6 ft pond. Includes laying waterproof EPDM pond liners, placing large natural boulders, and adding river rocks to create a stream like waterfall effect that hides the liner edges.

#### Aquatic Ecosystem & Filtration
Includes basic aquatic plants like water lilies and water treatment to make it safe for fish. Fish are not included. Installation of appropriately sized submersible pumps and basic sponge or bio filters to keep the water clear.
