### Ground Level Garden & Lawn Landscaping

Lawns, gravel beds, borders and planting for yards, villa gardens and apartment common areas. Rates are per sq. ft. and all in. Our past projects here have run 74,000 to 1,60,000.

Typically ₹70-110 Per Sq. Ft. of Lawn Area (estimate)

#### Lawn, Laid And Ready
Our grass rates are all in. Grass, laying, transport, cocopeat and manure are inside the number, so there is no labour or transport to add on top.

* **Mexican grass, 70 per sq. ft.:** Our budget lawn option.
* **Pearl Grass, 110 per sq. ft.:** Shade tolerant, so it works where a lawn usually struggles. This is the variety in most of our own work. Rate moves a little with season and demand, so treat it as indicative until we quote.
* **Artificial grass, 110 per sq. ft.:** Same price as Pearl Grass. So this is a maintenance choice, not a budget one.

#### Other Elements, Priced Per Element
* **Jelly gravel: 50 per sq. ft.**, all in.
* **Border and hedge plants: 100 each.** Duranta and similar. A boundary hedge typically runs around 200 plants.
* **Ground cover and creeping plants: 50 each.**
* **Trees, shrubs and feature plants:** From 500 each depending on size.
* **Pathways, stepping stones and pavers:** Quoted to your layout.
* **Decorative pebble and grass name or logo formation:** We have built these at apartment entrances.

#### What Is Not Included
* **Ground preparation on bad soil is extra.** If the existing soil has to be dug out, waste soil cleared and new soil brought in, we quote that separately. On a clean site there is nothing extra. On a neglected or previously built on site, expect a real addition, so ask us about site condition early.
* **Taxes are extra** on the quoted total.
* **Waste hauling is extra** on clearing jobs. Debris goes to a spot on site as you direct unless you ask us to take it away.

#### How We Work
* **Site visit first** to check sun and shade zones, drainage and levels before we plan the layout.
* **Itemised quote**, line by line, with optional items marked so you can see what adding or dropping something costs. The first quote is a draft and measurements get confirmed on site.
* **Timeline in writing.** On one garden project we committed to 8 days and stated that any delay from our side carries no extra charge.
* **30 day free plant replacement** if a plant or sapling we planted has an issue.
* **Payment:** 50 percent advance before work starts, balance on completion.
* **Minimum project size is 50,000.**

### Terrace & Rooftop Landscaping Architecture

Heavy structural landscaping per square foot covering mild steel pergolas, terracotta jali walls, stone pathways, water features, and layered planter setups.

Typically ₹350-700 Per Sq. Ft. (estimate)

#### Hardscaping & Structural Work
* **Custom Shade Structures:** Fabrication and installation of Mild Steel (MS) framed pergolas with options for terracotta roof tiling, laser cut metal shade sheets, or bamboo roofing.
* **Privacy & Accent Walls:** Construction of decorative terracotta jali blocks set in MS frames, or natural stone cladded feature walls.
* **Custom Flooring:** Installation of Moroccan style ceramic outdoor tiles, stepping stone pathways set in pebbles, or premium artificial grass lawns.
* **Water Features:** Design and installation of zen water elements, from multi tiered pot fountains to small custom built Koi ponds with waterfalls.

#### Softscaping & Planting
* **Layered Plant Arrangements:** 2 layer cluster arrangements in large concrete or fibre planter boxes, featuring large statement trees like Ficus or Bonsai alongside ground cover.
* **Vertical Gardens & Creepers:** Live or artificial vertical garden panels on boundary walls, plus trellis setups for climbing plants like Bougainvillea.
* **Bulk Soil Supply:** Customized planting medium optimized for roof load bearing limits, using coco husk chips, wet mix, cow dung cakes, and vermicompost.

#### Utilities & Execution 
* **Lighting & Irrigation:** Concealed ambient uplighting for plants and walls, plus end to end installation of an automated or manual drip irrigation line.
* **Project Management:** Full labor, material hoisting to roof, debris clearance, and dedicated supervision by the core team. Requires a 50% advance payment.

### Balcony Makeover (Starting Setup)

Our entry level balcony setup at 50,000. Either a seating and swing corner with 2 to 3 mature plants, or artificial grass over 100 to 200 sq. ft. with a wood panelled wall and 4 to 5 mature plants.

#### Two Indicative Ways To Use This Budget
These are indicative setups, not fixed lists. Exact inclusions change with the balcony, so we finalise them after a site visit.

* **Option A, seating led:** A cozy seating set, a swing, and 2 to 3 mature plants in pots. All in high grade material.
* **Option B, surface led:** Artificial grass flooring for 100 to 200 sq. ft., wood panelling on one wall, and 4 to 5 mature plants in standard pots.

#### How We Spend The Budget
* **Mature plants, not saplings:** We use grown plants so your balcony looks full from day one and does not need a year to fill in.
* **High grade material:** We do not drop to cheaper material to fit a number. Fewer, better things is our way of working. So you may see a smaller plant count here than in a cheaper quote.
* **Everything to plant them:** Pots, potting mix, fertiliser and the full setup work are part of the price.

#### Service & Terms
* **Site visit first:** We check sunlight, floor level and drainage before we finalise the layout.
* **All in rates:** Labour and transport for the setup are already inside the price. Taxes are extra.
* **Payment:** 50 percent advance before work starts, balance on completion.
* **Richer balconies cost more:** Add flooring, planters, screens, panelling or a pergola and the price moves up from here. Our largest balcony project so far was 4,31,000.

### Organic Vegetable Garden Setup (Starting Setup)

Edible garden setup starting at 50,000 with 12 to 15 mature plants, pots, potting mix, fertiliser and full on site setup so you can start harvesting at home.

#### Plants & Pots
* **12 to 15 mature plants:** We start you with grown plants, not seeds, so the garden is productive early instead of after a season of waiting.
* **Pots for all of them:** Sized for vegetable root depth and picked for where they will actually sit.

#### Soil & Nutrition
* **Potting mix and fertiliser:** Everything needed to plant them properly is part of the setup, including organic manure and vermicompost.
* **Chemical free:** We grow veggies the organic way, with neem oil and organic soil conditioners instead of chemical medicine.

#### Setup & Service
* **Full setup on site:** Our team does the planting, arranging and cleanup.
* **Site visit first:** We check how many hours of direct sun the spot gets before deciding placement, since vegetables need 6 to 8 hours.
* **Care briefing:** We tell you the watering schedule, how to keep pests off organically, and when to expect a harvest.

#### Terms
* **All in rates:** Labour and transport are inside the price. Taxes are extra.
* **Payment:** 50 percent advance before work starts, balance on completion.
* **Bigger gardens cost more:** More plants, raised beds or a larger area move the price up from here. Exact inclusions can vary.
