If your bowling pace has stalled or your glovework feels heavy, it is usually a small, unseen flaw in your setup or release. I analyze your frame-by-frame movement to identify exactly where you are losing efficiency, then we apply specific drills to fix that root issue and build the right muscle memory. ### Mastering the Mechanics Bowling is about kinetic flow, while wicket-keeping is about anticipation and reaction. If your body setup is off by even a few degrees, you lose speed, accuracy, and agility. I don't believe in random practice. We identify the 'problem'—be it a collapsed front knee in bowling or static footwork behind the stumps—and we treat it with purpose. ### My Approach to Bowling We break down your action from the run-up to the follow-through. A faster delivery isn't about running harder; it is about better rhythm and alignment. We use specific drills to stabilize your base and maximize your release point. Whether you are a pacer or a spinner, the goal is consistent, repeatable accuracy. ### The Art of Wicket-Keeping In my sessions, we focus on what matters: head position, balance, and hand speed. You cannot catch what you cannot see, and you cannot move if your feet are anchored to the ground.
