Whether it is Head Coach Sachin demonstrating side shuffles or Coach Ajay leading the conditioning circuits, we are actively on the court with you. We maintain small student ratios—especially for our advanced clinics where we aim for 1:6—to ensure every player gets individual feedback on grip, footwork, and stroke mechanics during every single session. ### Proven Expertise, Real Results Every coach at SP Sports Academy is NIS-certified. We do not believe in lecturing from the bench. Instead, we break down complex movements, like the 6-corner footwork or serve rotation, by showing you exactly how it is done. If your racket grip is off or your reach is falling short, we fix it on the spot. ### Training That Fits Your Level We group students by capability, not just age. In our Thane and Bhandup sessions, this means our juniors get a foundation built on agility and core strength, while our competitive players dive into multi-shuttle pressure drills and tournament-style match simulation. We use video analysis to spot inconsistencies in your swing that you might miss, ensuring your technique is as sharp as your reflexes. ### Why Train With Us? - **Technical Rigour:** From warm-ups to match play, everything we do is deliberate. Expect drills for ladder agility, planks, and shuttle runs before you ever pick up a racket. - **Sports Science Integration:** We partner with tech providers to monitor movement load and VO2 max, ensuring you are training smart, not just hard. - **Local Presence:** We operate across key locations like Vasant Vihar, Kalpataru Paramount, and Pawar Public School, making high-quality badminton training accessible without a massive commute. Whether you are a beginner picking up a racket for the first time or a seasoned player aiming for tournament glory, our team provides the disciplined environment you need to improve. Come on, keep smashing, and let's build your game. ## About SP Sports Academy We are SP Sports Academy. We don't just teach the game, we live it. When you join our sessions in Thane or Bhandup, you are training with NIS-certified professionals who care about your progress as much as you do.
