We break down the '3 D's of Light'—dimension, distance, and direction—so you can see in real-time how moving a single light changes the mood, texture, and drama of a frame. My studio in Sector 8, Noida, is built for experimentation. Photography is often taught as a rigid set of rules, but I believe it is about understanding how light interacts with your subject. Whether we are practicing the 'sapaat chehra' (flat, glowing face) look using clamshell lighting or using optical fiber attachments to make jewelry sparkle, the goal is the same: to stop guessing your settings and start painting with light. ### What we cover in these sessions: * **The Fundamentals:** We start with the basics of light placement—butterfly, loop, and rim lighting—using professional strobes to teach you how to shape facial features and create depth. * **Advanced Techniques:** Once you're comfortable, we move to complex setups, including how I use projection photography to create cinematic backdrops without travel or heavy editing. * **Equipment Mastery:** You get hands-on access to top-tier gear, including the Sony A9III and Aputure Nova panels. I want you to feel the difference that professional modifiers like beauty dishes and parabolic softboxes make compared to basic equipment. * **The 'Light ka khel':** We analyze how to simulate natural sunlight, manage high-contrast scenes, and use gels to shift color temperatures for creative, moody portraits. These workshops are designed for everyone, from beginners struggling with their first flash to professionals looking to refine their studio workflow. There are no boring, hour-long lectures here.
