## About Cinematic Projection Photography

Ever tried to capture a complex forest or cityscape backdrop without leaving the studio? Rear projection lets you do exactly that, minus the travel costs and post-production headaches. I teach you how to match your strobe lighting to the projection's mood so the final image looks natural, not like a composite.

Mastering projection photography is about one thing: realism. You are not just putting an image behind a model, you are crafting a light environment. In my workshops at my Sector 8, Noida studio, we use high-end projectors and AI-generated assets to build everything from moody street scenes to celestial backgrounds.

We tackle the technical side of the inverse square law, making sure your key light does not overpower the projection. You get hands-on time with the Sony A9III and Profoto or Aputure lighting rigs to practice balancing ambient light, color temperature, and exposure. It is about understanding how to integrate a subject into a scene so they feel present, not pasted on. We move past color banding and focus on sharp, cinematic output that saves you hours in editing. Whether you are aiming for high-end fashion or unique personal portraits, this technique turns your studio into a limitless set.
