We move beyond general fitness, focusing on complex apparatus routines and the mental toughness required for district and state meets. Expect a commitment of 5 to 6 sessions a week, where we refine every cartwheel, back handspring, and vault approach with the same 'knees andar rakho achhe se' attention to detail we use in beginner classes. ### From First Roll to Podium Finish Competitive gymnastics at Sportyze is about more than just winning medals. It is a structured pathway for young athletes to master their bodies and minds. While our recreational programs focus on confidence and basic motor skills, our 'Prime' track is for students who want to compete at the district, state, and national levels. ### What Training Looks Like When a student joins our competitive group, they enter a rigorous training schedule that demands consistency. Training sessions last 90 to 120 minutes and cover: * **Advanced Tumbling:** We drill back handsprings, back tucks, and aerial cartwheels until they become second nature. * **Apparatus Mastery:** Students spend significant time on the uneven bars, vaulting box, and balance beam, constructing routines that are tailored for high-scoring competition. * **Choreography and Artistry:** We teach students how to perform with grace, ensuring their movements meet the judging criteria for formal meets. ### Why Choose Our Competitive Track? We believe that competition is a powerful teacher. It builds resilience, teaches kids how to handle both victory and defeat, and shows them that hard work yields tangible results. Our coaches aren't just trainers; they are mentors who have seen students go from shy beginners to confident medalists. We keep the environment supportive—even when the training gets tough—because we want our gymnasts to love the process as much as the result. ### Practical Information * **Commitment:** 5 to 6 classes per week are mandatory for competitive levels. * **Progression:** We track skill growth through formal assessments, ensuring students are ready for their next level. * **Locations:** Our specialized competitive facilities are located in Indirapuram, Noida, Gurugram, and Greater Noida. If your child is ready to push their boundaries and take their gymnastics seriously, we would love to evaluate their current skills and map out a training plan. ## About Sportyze We started with a simple idea: make fitness pure fun.
