## About From Practice to Podium: Our Champions

Our competitive program focuses on the technical demands of FIG standards, requiring 4 to 5 days of training per week. We guide students through routine choreography on vault and beam, preparing them specifically for district, state, and national competition circuits.

### From Hobby to Elite

Transitioning from recreational gymnastics to competitive training is a big step. At Sportyze, we have built a structured pathway that moves children from basic floor skills to performing advanced routines on professional apparatus like high beams and vault tables. We don't just teach the moves; we teach the discipline required to execute them under pressure.

### Our Competitive Methodology

- **FIG-Standard Training:** Our elite regime follows the International Gymnastics Federation code of points. Students train 90 to 120 minutes per session to build the stamina needed for long competition days.
- **Mock Competitions:** We regularly hold in-house simulations, like the Manthan Gymnastics Cup, so athletes get used to the environment, judging, and routine presentation before they step onto a real state-level floor.
- **Holistic Support:** We manage the backend logistics for you, providing guidance on district and state association registrations, as well as essential advice on nutrition and injury prevention.

### Why Choose Our Competitive Squad

Whether your child is training at our Indirapuram, Noida, or Gurugram centers, the coaching consistency remains the same. We prioritize safe, progressive learning. If your child shows natural aptitude and a hunger to compete, our coaches focus on maximizing their potential for the next championship. This isn't just about winning medals; it is about building the confidence to stand tall on the podium and represent their team with pride.

## About Sportyze
