Whether it is our 20-minute reporting rule to keep matches on schedule or having a dedicated physio station at our multi-day championships, we minimize the waiting and maximize the play time. We know that as a player or parent, you want to avoid the chaos typical of amateur events, so we handle the admin, safety protocols, and scoring updates before you even arrive at the venue. Our tournaments are built on a simple philosophy: sab kuch sorted (everything is sorted). We understand that for a junior athlete playing in the U9-U15 Challenger Circuit, or a professional competing in the SILA Inter-Club Championship, the environment is just as important as the competition. ### Why Our Events Feel Different * **Clear Protocols:** We eliminate confusion. From the moment you register, you receive clear communication regarding match formats and safety requirements, including mandatory non-marking shoes and protective eyewear for juniors. * **Professional Infrastructure:** We leverage premier gymkhana venues like Willingdon and CCI, ensuring our court-side hydration stations and professional refereeing meet the standards athletes expect. * **Support Beyond the Court:** For our multi-day projects, we provide player concierge desks and dedicated recovery zones. Parents and participants coming from different states know they have a point of contact for any logistics, allowing them to travel and compete without stress. ### Scaling the Experience Whether you are booking a corporate sports day for 80 people or participating in a major regional tournament with 150+ athletes, our operational blueprint remains the same. We prioritize accurate fixtures, PA systems for announcements, and a digital scoring system that ensures everyone knows where the tournament stands at any given moment. We invite clubs from across India to join our circuit, aiming to grow the squash, pickleball, and padel community through high-energy, well-organized competition. ## About SportsXL We are a team obsessed with the energy of a well-run tournament. We bridge the gap between amateur play and professional-grade events, creating spaces where local clubs and emerging talents find their rhythm.
