## About Sports Tournament & Event Management

We live and breathe sport. For us, a tournament isn't just an event - it's where the real stories start.

### Why Our Tournaments Stand Out

- We create tournaments where everything just works. Players only need to focus on their game, not on the chaos outside the court.
- Atmosphere matters to us - we want energy, excitement, and a feeling that anyone can compete, whether you're just starting out or already a pro.

### Every Player, Every Level

- Our junior sports competition management spans from Challenger Circuits for kids (U9 to U15) to advanced Academy Tournaments. It's all about giving young players their first taste of real matches, minus the scary stuff.
- We run corporate sports event planning for clubs and companies that want more than just a regular match - think Mumbai's biggest inter-club championships, with categories for everyone: juniors, open, masters, and even professionals.
- It's not only about the winners. We make space for all ages and skill levels, and our events are known for that.

### More Than Just Matches

- We believe sport can change lives. That's why we're into community sports engagement, especially in places like Dharavi, using sport as a tool for confidence and growth.
- Our events are professional but not stiff - expect clear rules, safe play (like those goggles for juniors), and seamless organization. Sab kuch sorted, bas khelo (Everything is sorted, just play).

### Always Leveling Up

- We're not standing still. New to our list: Pickleball and Padel tournament organization. We're ready to ride the next big wave in Indian sports.

## Meet your expert

[SportsXL](https://mytribe.in/sportsxlofficial)

### My story

We started SportsXL because sport gave us everything – grit, joy, heartbreak. We saw kids with crazy talent but not enough chances, so we built courts from scratch. For us, it’s not just about squash or pickleball, it’s about community and dreams. Like Vasundhara said, 'mujhe bade ho ke India ke liye khelna hai' (I want to play for India someday). That fire is why we keep going.

### My work

- **All-in Sports Ecosystem**: We offer squash coaching camps, pickleball tournaments, padel workshops, and build sports facilities from start to finish.
- **Coaching & Camps**: Our coaches help kids and adults push their game, with drills, technical tips, and padel strategy workshops.
- **Tournaments & Events**: We host energetic pickleball beginner tournaments and fun, competitive circuits for all levels.
- **Sports Infrastructure**: From a single squash court to full arenas, we do turnkey sports facility development - sketch to finish.
- **Community & Corporate Programs**: We run corporate sports engagement programs and community events to spread the love for the game.
