They are in the water with your child, using floats and games to help them get comfortable and learn the basics of breathing and movement safely. This hands-on support is key to helping them move from being nervous at the edge to confident in the shallow zone. At Sportonix, we treat swimming as a journey rather than a race to a trophy. Whether your child is just getting used to water or is ready to refine their strokes, our group classes provide a supportive environment for every stage. ### How We Train Each 60-minute session is carefully structured to keep kids engaged. We start with 10 minutes of dry-land warm-up to prepare their muscles, followed by 50 minutes of water time. We use kickboards, noodles, and pull buoys to help them learn to float, kick, and breathe without feeling overwhelmed. Because our pools are semi-covered, they are protected from direct sun, making it comfortable for kids to train even on brighter days. ### Our Locations We run these sessions across our network, making it convenient for families in East and South Bangalore.
