You are looking at students who have completed our 5-milestone system, moving from water-fear to continuous 200m swims. Every student featured here has successfully completed our strict Australian coaching protocol, focusing on specific biomechanics like breath control and body position, rather than simply passing time in the pool. At Sportiqo, we do not believe in quick-fix swimming. Our gallery showcases the tangible result of our milestone-based approach. Whether you are an adult joining our beginner batches or a teen in our competitive training, the progress shown here is measurable. We focus on the science of swimming. We use the Australian coaching system because it prioritizes body position, the 6/1/6 drill, and rhythmic breathing over just keeping your head above water. When our students graduate from one level to the next, they have demonstrated mastery of these mechanics. This is why we do not offer 10-day crash courses. We only promote students when they can demonstrate the skills. Our community is built on this shared commitment to improvement. Our coaches, guided by Olympian Virdhawal Khade, provide the technical feedback required to fix strokes and eliminate bad habits. Whether you train at our Cuffe Parade, BKC, or Prabhadevi locations, the standard of instruction remains the same. You are joining a squad of people who show up, listen to corrections, and do the work. ## About Sportiqo We started Sportiqo because we were tired of seeing schools hand out participation certificates instead of teaching actual skills. We are here to build swimmers who can handle themselves in any pool, whether you are five or fifty-five.
