Subbulakshmi Fellowship, represent thousands of hours of riyaz and the guidance of my gurus, Ranjani and Gayatri akka-s. When you book me for your event, you are getting that same commitment to excellence, emotional depth, and technical precision that these institutions have recognized. Awards feel like a beautiful pat on the back from the universe—and my gurus, of course! Receiving the ‘Best Female Vocalist’ and ‘Best Musician of the Festival’ titles at the Spirit of Youth 2023 or being awarded the Bharat Ratna Dr. M. S. Subbulakshmi Fellowship are core memories, for sure. But honestly? The real reward is being able to share this music with you, whether in a grand auditorium or a cozy, intimate setting. I have been blessed to perform on platforms ranging from the Cleveland Thyagaraja Festival to intimate home kutcheris. Every fellowship and title, from 'Isai Chudar' to 'Yuva Kala Bharathi,' is a reminder of the responsibility I carry as an artist to keep this divine art form alive and relevant. It is about the bhakti, the connection, and the joy of singing. If you are looking for a performance that blends traditional Carnatic rigor with a modern, emotive touch, I would love to bring that to your event. Whether it is a traditional classical concert or a thematic musical storytelling production, let’s talk about how we can create a memorable musical experience for your audience. ## About Spoorthi Rao Music is my way of connecting with the infinite, and I am always learning, especially from my gurus, Ranjani and Gayatri akka-s. Whether I am on stage for a traditional kutcheri or jamming with my fusion band, my goal is always to create a moment of genuine connection. It has been such a wild, blessed ride, and I am just so grateful to keep singing every single day. 🧿 [See all of Spoorthi Rao's services](https://mytribe.in/spoorthirao_) ## More from Thematic Musical Productions by Spoorthi Rao - [Featured](https://mytribe.in/spoorthirao_/thematic-musical-productions/featured) - [Chidambara Rahasyam: An Ode to the Heart Space](https://mytribe.in/spoorthirao_/thematic-musical-productions/chidambara-rahasyam-an-ode-to-the-heart-space) - [Collaborations in Music & Dance](https://mytribe.in/spoorthirao_/thematic-musical-productions/collaborations-in-music-dance) - [Community & Festival Performances](https://mytribe.in/spoorthirao_/thematic-musical-productions/community-festival-performances) - [Devotional Music Videos & Recordings](https://mytribe.in/spoorthirao_/thematic-musical-productions/devotional-music-videos-recordings) - [Portraits & Announcements](https://mytribe.in/spoorthirao_/thematic-musical-productions/portraits-announcements) ## More services by Spoorthi Rao - [Carnatic Vocal Concerts](https://mytribe.in/spoorthirao_/carnatic-vocal-concerts) - [Playback Singing](https://mytribe.in/spoorthirao_/playback-singing) - [Carnatic Fusion Live Performances](https://mytribe.in/spoorthirao_/carnatic-fusion-live-performances) ## Similar work from other experts - [Awards and Recognition for Musical Performances](https://mytribe.in/pallavi_md/private-event-performances/awards-recognition) by Pallavi MD · Private Event Performances · Available in Bengaluru & across India - [Awards and Recognition for Barnali Chattopadhyay](https://mytribe.in/barnali_chattopadhyay/studio-vocal-recording/awards-industry-recognition) by Barnali Chattopadhyay · Studio Vocal Recording · Available for remote recordings online; Travels to studios across India - [Awards and Musical Milestones](https://mytribe.in/ramana_balachandhran/carnatic-music-masterclasses-workshops/the-journey-recognition-milestones) by Ramana Balachandhran · Carnatic Music Masterclasses & Workshops · Online sessions & workshops across India - [Recognised for my work with the Veena](https://mytribe.in/drsumasudhindra/veena-concerts-live-performances/awards-felicitations) by Suma Sudhindra · Veena Concerts & Live Performances · Performs across Bengaluru; Travels pan-India for concerts - [Awards, Recognition, and Candid Event Moments](https://mytribe.in/dhvaniaroraofficial/live-music-for-family-cultural-events/awards-press-candid-moments) by Dhvani Arora · Live Music for Family & Cultural Events · Available for events across Delhi NCR, Pan India, and Dubai - [Authentic Carnatic Vocalist and Live Musician in Bengaluru](https://mytribe.in/rohithbhat_u/live-vocal-performance/featured) by Rohit Bhat · Live Vocal Performance · Performs in Bengaluru & travels across India ## Book To book Spoorthi Rao, message mytribe on WhatsApp: [Chat on WhatsApp](https://wa.me/916360004054?text=Hi%20Spoorthi!%20I%20saw%20your%20work%20and%20awards%20on%20mytribe%20and%20I'm%20interested%20in%20booking%20a%20performance.%20Let's%20discuss%3F)
