Whether you need a 90-minute high-energy fusion set for a large festival or an intimate 75-minute acoustic chamber set for a corporate gathering, the focus is always on blending technical Carnatic roots with the right energy for your specific crowd. Awards in the classical space are not just trophies on a shelf. They represent years of morning riyaz, the unwavering guidance of my mentors, and the trust that sabhas place in the next generation of performers. Being awarded the Bharat Ratna Dr. M. S. Subbulakshmi Fellowship from the Shanmukhananda Sabha is a milestone I carry with me. It is a reminder to keep the tradition alive while I continue to experiment. My path has not been limited to just one lane. Whether I am performing a traditional Carnatic concert or taking the stage with my fusion band, the core technique remains Carnatic. When you book a concert, you get that same dedication that earned me the 'Isai Chudar' and 'Yuva Kala Bharathi' titles. I bring that precision into every setlist, whether it is a quiet evening of semi-classical pieces or a high-octane rock fusion set at a college festival. I do not just sing, I try to share a piece of the devotion I feel. If you are planning an event, be it a corporate function that needs a sophisticated vibe or a cultural festival that demands power, my experience ensures that the music resonates, both technically and emotionally. ## About Spoorthi Rao I’m Spoorthi.
