I do not use shortcuts; my atta gond ladoos are packed with a generous amount of edible gum and chopped nuts, bound together by high-quality desi ghee. You will not find any preservatives here, just the grainy, authentic 'danedar' feel that comes from slow-roasting the flour the old-school way. ### Authentic Recipes, Home-Made Taste I believe in keeping traditions alive, which is why every batch of Panjiri or Ladoo comes straight from my kitchen in Noida. I avoid industrial methods, preferring to use pure Verka desi ghee and high-quality dry fruits that I chop by hand. ### Why These Ladoos Are Special * **Atta Gond Ladoo:** These are a winter essential.
