Whether you need 35kg of Panjiri for a postpartum care package or a large batch of Kesari Kheer for a party, everything is prepared in my home kitchen without preservatives. Please let me know your requirements a few days in advance so I can source the freshest ingredients and cook it with the care it deserves. ### Cooking the Traditional Way I believe that true *swaad* (taste) comes from patience. My sweets aren't mass-produced in a factory; they are made in small batches in my Noida kitchen. * **Panjiri:** This is my dadi's age-old recipe. It is packed with heavy dry fruits, gond, and pure desi ghee. It is perfect for new mothers or as a winter staple. It is not just a sweet; it is nourishment. * **Kesari Kheer:** For big gatherings, I slow-cook milk for hours until it reaches a thick, creamy consistency. I finish it with real saffron, almonds, and raisins.
