I create custom, homely vegetarian spreads that bring people together, all cooked fresh in my own kitchen. ## Photos and videos - [Video: This was a lovely South Indian themed catering order for a special client. The menu included fresh idli, sambhar, crispy masala vada and medu vada, with a flavourful coconut chutney, alongside my popular veg biryani and raita.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/bc12e6ea-36ee-4d90-9224-db0e80da2168) ## About Catering Spreads for Your Events Everything I cook is made fresh to order in my kitchen. For example, my Dal Makhni needs to simmer overnight to get that perfect, creamy texture, so it is not something I can rush. It is honest, slow-cooked food that needs a bit of planning, but I promise the swaad is worth it. When you hire me, you are not getting standard banquet food. You are getting a meal cooked with the same care I would feed my own family. I believe that good food starts with good ingredients, so I use pure desi ghee and fresh produce, avoiding all preservatives. Whether it is a small anniversary lunch, a festive gathering, or an office get-together in Noida, I focus on the basics done right. I can whip up a South Indian spread with crispy Vadas and aromatic Biryani, or go full-on Punjabi with slow-cooked Dal Makhni and soft Paneer dishes. My catering is best suited for small, intimate groups where you want the food to be the hero. Because I run this directly from my home kitchen, I need a little lead time to source the best ingredients and prep your order. If you have a specific vision or a menu you are craving, let's chat and customize it to make your event special. ## About Spoonalicious I am Poonam, and Spoonalicious is my way of sharing the warmth of my dadi's recipes with your guests.
