Whether it is a challenging drill on the agility ladder or a simple game of dodgeball, they are right there on the mat with the kids, correcting form, giving high-fives, and cheering every small improvement. Finding a coach for a child between 3 and 12 years old is about more than finding someone who knows the rules of cricket or football.
