Most of these specimens are acclimatized for indoor spaces, but they still crave consistent, bright, indirect light. When you chat with me, let me know the specific corner you are thinking of—I will help you figure out if it is bright enough so we do not pick a tree that struggles later. ### Training and Artistry Every bonsai here has a story. I do not just stock these; I maintain and refine them. You will see interwoven trunks on the Ficus Moclame and carefully wired branches on the Podocarpus, which are techniques used to guide the tree into an artistic silhouette. This process takes years of patience, resulting in a tree that looks established and mature the moment it arrives in your space. ### Choosing for Your Space It comes down to light and scale. If you are placing a tree in a grand corporate lobby or a high-ceiling living room, the large-format specimens like the Olive or Nageia Nagi work best because they command attention. For smaller spaces, desks, or coffee tables, the Jade and Micro Kamini varieties offer a touch of Zen without needing a huge footprint. I am very particular about the potting mix—I use a custom blend of Perlite, Cocopeat, and Vermicompost to ensure drainage, as root rot is the biggest enemy of indoor bonsai. ### Care Expectations Do not be intimidated. While they look like museum pieces, these are living things. I always include species-specific maintenance instructions regarding pruning, misting, and feeding schedules. Because I am based in Khar, if you are local to Mumbai, you can always drop by the nursery if you feel your tree needs a check-up or a trim.
