## About Full-Service Architecture & Interior Design

I see every home as a canvas for art and emotion, not just a set of walls. My journey started in Kashmir, inspired by Indian crafts, and that's what shaped Walnut. I want your space to feel rare, personal, and full of meaning.

### What I Offer

I handle everything from the first sketch to the final handover. My team and I work on luxury residences, farmhouses, select commercial spaces, and renovations, both in India and abroad. You get a full-service experience, so you don’t have to worry about the nitty-gritty.

### How We Work

- We start by understanding your lifestyle and vision. I spend time at your site, soaking in the vibe.
- Space planning comes next, with detailed 3D visuals so you can actually see your future home.
- Material selection is hands-on. For every custom piece, we get into the details - जैसे, हम thickness decide करते हैं, edges कैसी आएंगी (like, we decide the thickness, how the edges will look).
- My team manages the build, with regular site visits and close work with artisans.
- Final touches matter - art, lighting, decor. I walk through the space with you before handover.

### What Sets Us Apart

- Architect-led design means every space is functional and beautiful.
- We have our own factory for bespoke furniture design, so quality is in our hands.
- I love Indian artisanal craftsmanship and use natural, sustainable materials wherever possible.
- My style blends elegant contemporary interiors with warmth and personality. I layer neutral tones with rich textures and art.

If you want a home that feels like you, with a story woven into every detail, that’s what I do.

## Meet your expert

### My story

I’m Ritu, the face behind Walnut. Architect, yes, but really I just love telling stories with spaces and furniture. Walnut is a piece of Kashmir, my home, carried into every project. Fifteen years, lots of learning, some tough, some with great people. Family is always first, work can wait. I’m crazy about art and Indian crafts - Dhokra, Bidri, you name it. I bring these stories into homes, to make them feel warm, elegant, full of life.

### My work

- **Architecture, Interiors & Bespoke Furniture**: We design for luxury homes, hotels, offices - everything from architecture to custom furniture and lifestyle products.
- **Art & Indian Craft Inspired Interiors**: Our work blends heritage with elegance. We use nature and Indian crafts for unique, meaningful spaces.
- **Hands-on, Detail-Obsessed Process**: We get into every detail - from 3D renders to edge thickness (edges कैसी आएंगी), site visits, all for quality.
- **No Copy-Paste Designs**: Every project is fresh. Your home, your story. Many clients trust us for years - it’s more than just design.
