Partners like Hema thrived because they relied on our centralized AI-based teaching platform, which streamlined student engagement and allowed for a seamless pivot between offline classes and online instruction. This isn't just a hardware kit supply; it is a scalable operational system designed to handle the daily realities of running an educational business. ### Building a Local Tech Movement When you launch a Maker Lab, you are not just setting up a classroom; you are establishing a community hub for STEM education. We have refined our business model over years of experience, ensuring that partners have the support they need to navigate everything from local marketing to student retention. ### Why Our Partners Choose Us - **Proven Curriculum & Kits:** You receive access to a comprehensive library of lesson plans covering robotics, coding, IoT, and VR, paired with our proprietary hardware kits. - **Operational Support:** We provide the heavy lifting. From professional 2D/3D floor plans for your center to staff training and hiring assistance, our backend support minimizes your setup risk. - **Flexible Entry Points:** You do not need to invest in a full turnkey center immediately. Many of our most successful partners started with a Seasonal Camp License, testing the local market demand for summer or winter coding camps before scaling to a permanent Maker Lab. ### The Role of Technology Our AI-powered Learning Management System (LMS) is a core advantage. It reduces dependency on highly specialized trainers by automating key parts of the teaching process, allowing you to focus on center management and building relationships with parents. Whether you are running a single-room summer workshop or a fully equipped 1,200 sq.ft center with a 3-5 km exclusive territory, our focus remains on providing you with tools that are ready for immediate deployment. We provide the branding, the kits, and the training. You bring the dedication to working with kids and the drive to become the tech expert in your neighborhood. ## About SP Robotic Works We are a family of makers across India, united by the goal of making robotics and coding accessible to every child.
