Whether it is a 'Boss Baby' cutout or a custom 'Candyland' arch, I work with the layout of your chosen venue—such as Crowne Plaza or Holiday Inn—to ensure photo spots and decor elements are perfectly placed for the best angles and guest flow. Planning a first birthday or a baby shower shouldn't mean spending your day inflating balloons or struggling with backdrop frames. I handle the entire setup process so you can actually enjoy the party with your family. ### Complete Theme Packages My setups are designed to be turnkey. Whether it is a 1st birthday with a teddy bear theme or a sleek 'Oh Baby' shower, the packages include everything: 8x8 ft backdrops, organic balloon garlands, neon signage, and character cutouts. I use professional-grade props to ensure that even at a home venue, the event looks like a premium production. ### Venue Experience I frequently transform spaces across Delhi NCR, including banquet halls at the Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar and Holiday Inn. I understand how to manage room aesthetics to make sure the decor complements the space rather than crowding it, ensuring the entrance, main cake table, and photo areas pop. ### The Small Stuff That Matters The magic is in the details, like custom welcome boards on easels, specific marquee numbers for birthdays, or grass-wall backdrops for a natural touch. If you have a specific vision—like a butterfly-themed 11th birthday or a vibrant circus setup—I bring the props and creative direction to match. You provide the vision, and I will handle the fabric draping, lighting, and placement to make it look perfect. ## About Souvenir Event I believe every child’s birthday and every baby shower deserves to feel like a big deal. I take the chaos of setup off your hands, managing the balloons, the props, and the layout so you can just show up and celebrate.
