Our residential camp at SESA is designed to mimic a professional athlete’s daily life—early wake-ups, double training sessions, gym work, and guided ice bath recovery. You are here to build discipline and tactical sharpness, not just to play matches. We expect grit, and we expect you to put in the work required to level up. ### Train Like a Pro at SESA We don't believe in soft starts. Our residential program at the SESA Football Academy in Goa is built for players who have truly 'Thaan Liya' (decided) to take their game seriously. **The Routine** Every day follows a strict schedule: morning technical drills on professional-grade turf, afternoon tactical sessions, and evening gym work to build the core strength required for modern football. We focus on directional first touch, speed endurance, and match-scenario decision making. **Recovery & Fuel** Training is only half the battle. We teach players how to look after their bodies with guided ice bath recovery sessions and structured athlete nutrition. You will learn to fuel up right, understand the importance of rest, and treat your body like an instrument. **Building the Family** Living together in the SESA dorms changes the dynamic. This is where real brotherhood forms. Whether it’s debriefing a match in the classroom or relaxing on our supervised 'Tour Day', the bonds made here are as important as the skills learned on the pitch. You come in as a student, but you leave as part of the SMFA family. ## About South Mumbai Football Academy We started SMFA on empty grounds in Mumbai, and now we take that same heart to elite venues like Goa's SESA Football Academy. We aren't just here to teach dribbling; we're here to build discipline, character, and a brotherhood that lasts far beyond the final whistle.
