Our U-14 squad follows the same technical curriculum as our competitive teams, focusing on directional first touch and tactical awareness under the guidance of licensed coaches. Football in Mumbai is changing, and our girls' squad is at the front of that shift. Whether you are stepping onto the pitch for the first time or looking to sharpen your game for the MFA leagues, we provide the environment to make it happen. We train on safe, well-maintained surfaces that balance artificial turf for speed and traditional maidan soil for stamina. Our training philosophy is simple: discipline and purposeful play. We do not believe in shortcuts. From grassroots foundations for the youngest enthusiasts to high-intensity drills for our competitive squads, every session is planned. We track progress through regular internal scrimmages and prepare athletes for external trials. Ladkiyon ka team full josh mein hai, and we make sure that energy translates into technical skill. If you are serious about your development and want to join a community that pushes you, you belong here. Thaan liya hai toh aao, let us play. ## About South Mumbai Football Academy We created SMFA to build more than just a team; we built a family where every player gets the attention they need to grow.
