## About Words from Our Friends

When you message me saying a particular pickle tastes like your mother's cooking, I know I have hit the mark. I read every single piece of feedback to understand exactly how my spice levels are working for you, and I personally adjust the ingredients for your future orders based on what you share with me.

Getting these messages is what keeps me going. Whether it is a family in Spain missing the taste of home, or someone local who finally found a Kakarakaya Karam that is not too bitter, hearing your honest thoughts helps me improve every batch.

I treat your feedback as part of my kitchen process. If you tell me a pickle needs less salt or more spice, I listen. That is the beauty of homemade food. You are not buying from a factory line, so you get to decide exactly how your food tastes.

From our farm-sourced Guntur chillies to the way I pack your orders with triple-layer protection, every step is designed to keep the authenticity intact. Whether you are ordering a classic Kandi Podi or my signature Fish Pickle, please keep sending your feedback. It helps me ensure that every parcel is as good as the last one.
