I prepare every item from scratch, which means I can adjust spice levels or textures exactly to your liking. If you find something not quite to your taste, tell me, and I will note it down to fix it for your next order. I run this kitchen with my mother, and we treat every order like we are cooking for our own family. Because we do not use preservatives or mass-production techniques, our pickles and podis are as real as they get. Sometimes, this means a jar might need a few days to mature, or a texture might be coarser than what you find in commercial stores. I do not hide these realities. When a customer tells me a pickle needs more salt or that a specific powder was too spicy, I take that note seriously. This feedback loop is the backbone of South Spices. It helps me improve, ensures you get exactly what you want, and keeps my cooking honest. I source my chillies directly from our farm in Ongole, ensuring they are chemical-free and packed with natural heat.
