For intimate house parties or cafe gigs, I can perform solo with backing tracks or with an acoustic guitarist for a warmer, organic feel. If you're hosting a larger wedding or corporate event, my full 5-piece band brings the high-octane Bollywood and Kannada rock performance you need to fill a dance floor. Choosing the right live music setup is about reading the room. My performances are built on that flexibility. ### My Setup Options * **Solo & Acoustic:** Best for smaller gatherings, cafes, or relaxed sundowners. I handle the vocal mic and playback devices myself. * **Acoustic Duo/Trio:** We strip it back to guitar or keys for an organic, soulful sound. This is perfect when you want live music that allows for conversation and a relaxed atmosphere. * **Full Live Band:** For big weddings, sangeets, or corporate bashes, my band brings the energy. We handle everything from high-tempo Bollywood dance tracks to classic rock. ### The Logistics I believe in being transparent about what goes into a great show. For solo and acoustic sets, I bring my own gear. For full band performances, I rely on professional sound engineers to deliver the quality you expect, so I request that the venue sound system is arranged in advance. My setlist is bilingual and genre-fluid. Whether you need Kannada film hits, soulful indie melodies, or the latest Bollywood pop, I curate the flow to keep the energy moving. I don't just stand behind the mic—I interact with the crowd to make sure the performance feels like a shared experience, not just background noise. ## About Soundarya Jayaram I'm Soundarya, and for me, music isn't just a performance—it's how I connect with people.
