Whether I am catering a high-stakes promo shoot for Netflix or a festive Diwali lunch, my focus is always on the same thing: making sure the food hits the table fresh and the service feels seamless, not staged. My approach to catering has always been simple. If it is not food I would be proud to serve in my own home, it does not leave my kitchen. When clients like the teams at Dextrus or the Indian Coast Guard take the time to share their feedback, it validates the long hours spent in the kitchen. Feedback is the most honest indicator of whether we got the job right. When I hear that a meal was 'ekdam dil se' (straight from the heart), it tells me that the guests felt cared for, not just fed.
