### My story

Hi, I'm Priyanka. When I started meditating, I thought I'd find instant peace. But my head was just chaos - to-do lists, old memories, random stuff. Sometimes I'd even fall asleep and feel like a failure. Turns out, my body just needed rest. Meditation isn't about being perfectly calm. It's about showing up, even when your mind's messy. Just come as you are. That's enough.
