Whether we are hosting a session for International Yoga Day or running a specialized workshop in New Ashok Nagar, every event is an opportunity to deepen your discipline. This is where I share details on gatherings that push our community to stay committed to the path. Yoga is not confined to the four walls of a studio. While my daily classes in New Ashok Nagar and Mayur Vihar keep the routine strong, these special events are where we broaden our scope. When we celebrate occasions like International Yoga Day, it is not about fanfare or fancy displays. It is about acknowledging the path we are on. These gatherings serve as a reminder that the practice continues beyond your mat. We use these opportunities to introduce new techniques, hold discussions on alignment, and bring students together. Whether it is a workshop for parents on how to guide their children's posture or a seminar for seniors on mobility, the goal remains the same. We focus on the body, the mind, and the spirit. If you see an event here, know that it is designed to challenge you. Do not come expecting only relaxation. Come expecting to work on your alignment and to understand your own body better.
