These milestones are not just about the trophies; they represent the trust my clients place in me, from intimate home dining to high-profile brand launches across Gurugram and Delhi. My culinary journey at Sorriso began five years ago with a simple belief: food is a medium for connection. Seeing that vision resonate with people at events like the Aarti Salon pop-up or private dinners is the greatest reward. It is gratifying when guests notice the balance in a dish or the precision of my grazing tables, as these details are the foundation of my work. Being featured in The Ideal Home & Garden magazine for my farm-to-table ethos further motivates me to push the boundaries of what catering can be. Whether it is a luxury high tea or a corporate launch, I treat every menu as an opportunity to deliver a ten out of ten experience. These accolades from industry bodies and the honest, enthusiastic feedback from the clients I have served confirm that my approach—focusing on fresh ingredients, artisanal bites, and elegant presentation—is the right path. I am deeply grateful for the community of food lovers in Delhi NCR who have supported my growth from a small dream to a recognized name in gourmet catering. ## About Sorriso I am Rishi, and for me, running a kitchen is deeply personal. Whether I am styling a grazing table for a brand launch or planning a private high tea, I am hands-on to ensure every detail reflects my farm-to-table philosophy and high standards.
