Whether it is a truffle cigar roll served in a shot glass or freshly assembled crostini, I ensure your guests have something warm and hand-held to enjoy, not just a static display. ### The Sorriso High Tea Approach My high tea service moves away from rigid, traditional setups. I create a relaxed, interactive spread that keeps conversation flowing. Think of it as a mix between those classic three-tiered stands you see in movies and the vibrant, abundant vibe of a modern gourmet grazing table. ### What I Bring to Your Table Every menu is built around fresh, local ingredients. My goal is to deliver a sensory experience where presentation matters just as much as flavour. * **Savoury & Sweet Balance:** I serve a mix of non-veg and veg treats. You will find items like smoked salmon canapés, avocado crostini, and truffle cigars alongside sweets like creamy tiramisu cups, colourful macarons, and cheesecake shots. * **Live Styling:** I set everything up on marble platters, wooden boards, and tiered risers, finished with fresh seasonal flowers to make the service feel polished and elegant. ### Premium Experiences For those who want to take things a step further, I offer a Champagne High Tea option. This upgrade includes crystal glassware, butler service for your own alcohol, and premium additions like prawn vol-au-vents and saffron-infused bites. Whether you are hosting a baby shower, a brand launch, or a relaxed corporate get-together, my team and I handle all the details so you can simply enjoy the moment with your guests ✨. ## About Sorriso I'm Rishi. I started Sorriso five years ago because I believe food should be a sensory experience, not just sustenance. For these high tea spreads, I move away from rigid, traditional setups to create a relaxed, interactive atmosphere where the food is as beautiful as it is delicious.
