This keeps the flow of your event relaxed, encouraging guests to mingle and interact with the food rather than waiting in a static buffet line. My approach to private parties centers on the philosophy that food should be a conversation starter. Whether it is an intimate birthday celebration, a baby shower, or a poolside gathering, I work with you to move away from predictable catering formats. ### The Sorriso Difference Every event I take on is built around fresh, farm-to-table ingredients. You will see this in the way I handle savory canapés—like my signature truffle cigar rolls or mini brioche sliders—and how I present them on marble platters and rustic wooden boards. My goal is to make the table look like a centerpiece rather than just a place to feed guests. ### How I Work - **Personalized Planning:** We start by discussing the vibe of your event. I can tweak menus to fit your theme, whether it is a sophisticated high tea or a casual, heavy-appetizer evening. - **French-Italian Influence:** Many of my private menus feature a blend of French and Italian techniques, from handmade pasta and arancini to delicate petit fours. - **Full Service:** You do not need to worry about the logistics. My team includes uniformed staff who manage replenishment and guest assistance, ensuring the spread looks perfect from the first minute to the last. ## About Sorriso I'm Rishi. I started Sorriso five years ago to move past the typical buffet. For your private events, I mix farm-to-table ingredients with a touch of French and Italian flair, creating a spread that is as visually striking as it is delicious.
