Before we lay down a single wheel of cheese or fresh fruit, my team and I spend hours staging the floral runners, temperature-checking our savory rolls, and setting up our vintage wooden risers to match the specific aesthetic of your venue. It is this behind-the-scenes precision that turns a simple meal into an interactive food display. ### Our Approach to Event Setup Luxury catering is not just about the final plate. Whether we are setting up for a brand launch at DLF Promenade or an intimate private dinner, the process remains the same. We focus on three core pillars: logistics, temperature control, and visual harmony. ### The Logistics of Luxury Planning for a high-end grazing table starts days in advance. We source fresh produce and select premium cheeses, ensuring each component is at peak ripeness. On the day of your event, my team and I arrive early to inspect the venue, understand the traffic flow, and ensure our setup integrates seamlessly with your event design. We provide our own styled wooden trays, marble platters, and vintage crates to ensure consistency with the Sorriso look. ### Why Presentation Matters Food is visual, especially in a digital age. Many of the photos you see here are from our collaborations with brands like Forever New or The Thalasso Luxe. When we set up for these events, we are not just serving food. We are constructing a centerpiece. We use fresh florals, pampas grass, and themed props to ensure that the grazing table acts as a focal point for photography and social media stories. ### Our Operational Standards * **Team Deployment:** Depending on the guest count, we deploy 1 to 2 uniformed staff members to handle circulation, replenishment, and table management. * **Temperature Management:** We ensure cold finger foods remain crisp and hot appetizers stay at the ideal serving temperature throughout the event. * **Customization:** If you have specific brand guidelines or color palettes for your launch, we can incorporate printed menus, custom-branded cupcakes, or specific floral choices to align with your identity. We bring a restaurant-grade, farm-to-table ethos to every event, ensuring that the experience is as professional as it is delicious. ## About Sorriso I am Rishi, and I started Sorriso five years ago to bring a restaurant-grade, farm-to-table ethos to private events and luxury launches. I treat every grazing table as a canvas, ensuring that the visual impact is just as memorable as the flavors we serve.
