To look natural on camera, I practice the same techniques I teach my clients: conscious posture and internal grounding before the lights go up. Being in front of the lens is the ultimate test of the image management principles I advocate. When I am on set for a docuseries or a media shoot, the process is exactly like the coaching I provide for you. It requires a clear intention, the right outfit choices, and a mindset shift to maintain presence. * **The Power of Preparation:** Just as I guide my clients through a wardrobe audit to find their 'power' pieces, I meticulously select looks for my own shoots that reflect my personal brand. It is about consistency, not just looking good for the day. * **On-Camera Posture:** Many clients struggle with feeling stiff or awkward when being photographed or filmed. My work involves teaching you how to use your body language to communicate confidence. On set, I apply these same NLP based techniques to stay relaxed and focused, regardless of the camera's angle. * **Internal Alignment:** My Buddhist-rooted philosophy reminds me that what you radiate is what you create. If you are nervous, it shows. If you are grounded in your purpose, it shines through.
