We handle the entire logistics chain, from digital scoring systems compatible with apps like CricHeroes to ensuring you have association-certified referees on the ground. Whether you are running a corporate pickleball league or a school athletics meet, our team manages the boundary markings, PA systems, and award ceremonies so the event schedule remains disciplined and professional. ### Our Approach to Tournament Management We do not just host events; we engineer them. Our team at Somaiya Sports Academy consists of organizers who are also active competitors, meaning we understand the standards athletes expect from a tournament. We provide end-to-end management for over 18 sports, including cricket, football, squash, and athletics. ### Venue and Infrastructure All events are supported by the Eklavya Sports Complex, providing access to premium facilities like our synthetic track and turf grounds. When you partner with us, your event benefits from: - **Technical Infrastructure:** PA systems for commentary, digital scoring, and professional boundary setups. - **Officiating:** Association-certified officials to enforce rules and maintain the integrity of every match. - **Medical Support:** Standby paramedics and first-aid facilities, ensuring athlete safety is never compromised. ### Scaling Your Event We cater to diverse requirements, from intimate school-level competitions to large-scale corporate leagues. For corporate clients, we provide complete tournament frameworks, such as our TOSS series, which includes registration, promotion, and managed competitive tiers. For educational institutions, we manage high-volume athletics meets involving sprints, relays, and field events. We also handle the procurement of high-quality awards, including trophies and medals, to celebrate the achievements of your participants. ### Why Partner With Us Our goal is to build a vibrant sports culture in Mumbai. By outsourcing the logistics, technical setup, and officiating to us, you focus on team participation while we ensure the field of play is ready and the results are recorded accurately. Reach out to discuss the specifics of your upcoming sports event. ## About Somaiya Sports Academy We are Somaiya Sports Academy, and we believe sport is the heart of community.
