Whether it is a corporate sports day or a state-level championship, we manage the entire technical workflow at our Eklavya Sports Complex. From setting up the starting blocks and throwing sectors to coordinating certified officials for accurate timing, we ensure your event runs to professional federation standards. A well-executed athletics meet requires precision in both infrastructure and officiating. At Somaiya Sports Academy, we utilize our professional 400m synthetic track in Vidyavihar to provide a complete event management package. We move beyond simple ground rental; we offer a turnkey solution that includes setup for all major track and field disciplines, including long jump pits, shot put sectors, and hurdle lanes. Our team coordinates the technical side of your event, bringing in association-certified officials for starters, timekeepers, and lane marshals. We manage the logistics of result compilation, providing you with organized, accurate data for every heat and final. Safety remains a priority, with mandatory on-site paramedic support and ambulance arrangements included for all track events. Beyond the technicals, we handle the event atmosphere. We provide high-wattage sound systems for announcements, branded victory podiums, and medal ceremonies to ensure your winners get the recognition they deserve. Whether you are organizing a small internal corporate competition or a large inter-university meet, we have the experience to manage the flow of athletes, spectators, and officials seamlessly. ## About Somaiya Sports Academy At Somaiya Sports Academy, we believe in building champions from the ground up, whether you are planning a corporate track meet or a school athletics day.
