We bring a 400°C wood-fired oven and dough fermented for 24 to 48 hours right to your venue. You will see our team stretching and firing every pie live, which keeps the crust perfectly airy and the toppings fresh, unlike anything you would get from a standard buffet warmer. ### Real Italian Vibes, Live at Your Event When you book us, we are not just dropping off food. We are bringing the entire pizzeria experience to your doorstep. We know that the secret to a great Neapolitan pizza lies in the fermentation—our dough rests for 24 to 48 hours to get that signature airy, leopard-spotted crust. **What to expect at your event:** * **The Setup:** Whether you need a rustic wooden kiosk for a garden party or a sleek white cart for a formal evening, we tailor the setup to match your theme. We bring everything: the oven, the ingredients, and the staff. * **Beyond the Classic Slice:** While our Margherita and Burrata Pesto pizzas are crowd favorites, we also run live pasta stations and serve wood-fired Panuozzos—crispy Italian sandwiches you won't find at typical caterers. * **Interactive Fun:** Our DIY pizza stations are a hit for kids' birthdays. We bring the aprons, the toppings, and the chef guidance, letting them stretch their own dough and choose their ingredients before we pop them into the oven. We serve across Delhi and Gurgaon, handling everything from intimate terrace gatherings to larger events. If you want food that smells as good as it tastes and adds a bit of theatre to your party, we are ready to fire up the oven. ## About Soho Pizzeria We started this because we could not find real, wood-fired Neapolitan pizza at parties. We built our own portable oven and have not looked back since. We love the energy of a live kitchen and the joy of serving a hot, fresh slice to a guest who just saw it being made.
