I design office interiors that balance authoritative presence with the practical comfort needed for long workdays. ## Photos and videos - ![The director's cabin from a recent office project. I used vertical grooving to give the walls a tactile depth that changes as light hits them throughout the day, while the custom desk with its curved wooden base provides a grounded, stable feeling. Creating an office environment involves more than just selecting furniture. For commercial interiors, I focus on circulation, acoustics, and the psychological impact of materials. A director's cabin, in particular, requires a balance between privacy and openness. I often integrate custom-designed cabinetry, like the blue storage unit seen here, to handle files and tech without cluttering the visual field. When working on commercial spaces, my process starts with understanding your daily workflow. Do you need a space for deep focus, or one that welcomes clients for meetings? We select finishes that are durable yet visually quiet—like concrete texture paint or matte laminates—to ensure the office maintains its professional edge over years of heavy use. From lighting schematics that reduce eye strain to ergonomic furniture placement, every detail in my office designs is engineered for productivity and poise. Whether you are refurbishing a single executive room or designing a full corporate floor, I apply the same 'Soch' (thought) to ensure your space works as hard as you do. ## About Soch Design Studio I am Romit Savla, and I lead Soch Design Studio.
