## About Youth Football Academy

### What Drives Us

At SoccerStarzz Academy, everything starts with bhook (hunger) for the game. That fire to play, push yourself, and learn - win or lose. Talent’s good, but I swear, hard work, discipline, and teamwork matter more. We treat everyone here like family. Parents, coaches, players - sab ek hi team hai (we’re all one team).

### Who Can Join

I welcome all young football lovers - boys and girls. We were actually the first ones in Orlem to launch a dedicated girls’ batch. Football should be for everyone, so I make sure the vibes are safe and inclusive.

- Junior football training for ages U-5, U-7, U-11, U-13, U-15, U-16
- Girls football coaching is a big part of our program

### How We Train

I focus on kindness and heart, not just drills. Licensed coaches help with everything - even tying shoelaces if needed. Training’s always at Orlem Turf, Malad, even in Mumbai ki baarish (Mumbai rains). We work on:

- Ball control, passing, 1v1 situations
- Agility, stamina, and coordination
- Tactics like build-up play and quick passing
- Proper stretching for recovery

### Game Time

We test ourselves in youth football leagues like MFA Youth Premier League (YPL), plus other big tournaments. Our U-15 team became runners-up in YFC 2024. Regular friendlies with other academies keep our players sharp.

### Programs

- Competitive age-group team training (U-5 to U-16)
- Weekend batches for beginners
- One-on-one coaching for players who want extra focus

This isn’t just about football - it’s about building character, friendships, and lifelong memories. Live. Love. Play.

## Meet your expert

[SoccerStarzz Academy](https://mytribe.in/soccerstarzzacademy)

### My story

We’re SoccerStarzz Academy. Football’s not just a game for us—it's a way of life, full of ups, downs, and that mad energy from our kids and parents. Our coaches, Allwyn, Shruti, Shadab, Axel, and the whole gang, we’re always there, not just teaching, but cheering and sometimes tying those stubborn shoelaces. The real vibe? Our soccer moms, dads, and wild sideline cheers—family, not just fans. Win, lose, fall, get up—repeat. That’s how we roll.

### My work

- **Grassroots Football Coaching for Kids**: We coach boys and girls from U-5 to U-16, including personalized football training and weekend football batches.
- **Our Coaching Style**: Licensed coaches who mentor, teach discipline, passion, and help with everything—even the little stuff before matches.
- **Game Sense & Heart**: We train smart, hungry players. 'Peeche dekh kar maar!'—it’s all about football game sense, not just drills.
- **League Experience & Growth**: Our teams play in MFA Yuva President League, chasing trophies, learning from losses, always coming back stronger.
