Within twenty minutes of mixing paint and chatting, that tension drops. Whether we are setting up in your office conference room or hosting you at our Sector 67 studio, the goal is the same: to get you out of your head and into the flow. You do not need skills; you just need to be open to making a little mess. When I read reviews saying our workshops felt like a proper stress relief session, that is the biggest win for me. Art is not just about paint on canvas; it is about giving your brain a break from the relentless to-do lists. Many of our participants, especially those from corporate teams in Delhi NCR, come in with high skepticism. They say, 'Ciya, I have not held a brush since school.' That is exactly the point. When you are focused on mixing acrylics or trying a new knife painting technique, you are not thinking about Monday morning emails or pending deadlines. You are just present. We see this transformation happen consistently at our M3M Urbana studio in Gurgaon and at off-site office events. We take care of all the messy logistics—the table covers, the aprons, the clean-up—so you and your team can just show up. Whether we are doing a collaborative team mural or individual canvas sessions, the vibe remains relaxed. It is not about mastering an art style or creating a gallery piece. It is about the permission to be imperfect. When you embrace that, the de-stress effect kicks in. You start laughing at your wonky flowers, chatting with the colleague you usually only see in meetings, and finally, slowing down. That is the magic we try to pack into every session. ## About Soaked in Canvas I am Ciya, and I started Soaked in Canvas to bring a little more colour into the world, one messy brushstroke at a time. I believe everyone has a creative side just waiting for an excuse to come out, whether it is at my Gurgaon studio or your office space.
