We guide your team to turn individual canvases into a unified mural that celebrates your collective creativity. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Watch how the PepsiCo team's individual paintings unite to form a single, beautiful tree. This collaborative art experience is one of my most requested corporate activities because it visually represents how every team member's contribution is vital to the bigger picture.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/80f64e34-69ee-4207-a261-fd575bd60c12) ## About Collaborative Team Masterpieces Before your team even picks up a brush, I handle the prep work by sketching the design onto individual canvases, ensuring every segment aligns perfectly when put together. It means no one gets lost, the proportions work, and the final mural—whether it is your company logo or a custom theme—looks polished and professional the moment you assemble it. ### Why Collaborative Art Works Unlike traditional trust falls or icebreakers, collaborative painting forces you to interact with your colleagues in a new way. You have to communicate with the person painting next to you to match colors, flow lines, and ensure the image comes together. It shifts the focus from hierarchy to shared achievement, leaving you with a piece of art that looks great hanging in the office lobby or boardroom. ### How We Manage Your Setup We take the stress out of planning. Whether you want to host us at your office in Delhi NCR or come to our Gurgaon studio, we bring everything you need: * **Preparation:** I review your logo, core values, or desired theme to create a grid design that fits your headcount. * **Supplies:** We provide all materials, including 10x12 or 12x16 inch canvases, wooden tabletop easels, artist-grade acrylic paints, brushes, and aprons. * **Protection:** We cover your office tables and floors with disposable plastic sheets, so you do not have to worry about the mess. * **Guidance:** I personally lead the session with step-by-step instructions, supported by roaming assistants for larger groups. ### Customization for Your Team Most participants have not touched a brush since school, so I keep the instruction beginner-friendly. We help you choose the right style—classic canvas sets, logo-based mosaics, or abstract themes—to ensure the outcome matches your team culture. The session typically lasts 90 to 120 minutes, fitting perfectly into a lunch-and-learn or a team-building afternoon. ## About Soaked in Canvas I am Ciya, and I started Soaked in Canvas to bring a bit of colour into the workday. I love helping teams stop staring at spreadsheets and start mixing paints instead, turning the office into a studio for a few hours.
