I have seen students like Arman drop 15kg while training for regionals, and players like Adhya sharpen their stroke accuracy to climb the state rankings. When you join, you are not just signing up for coaching, you are entering a space where we track your progress, fix your footwork, and get you ready for the district circuit through intense drills and dedicated mentorship. ### How We Build Champions Training at my academy is a mix of rigorous on-court drills and off-court discipline. We do not just play games; we deconstruct your movement. My team, led by Head Coach Ishant, uses high-volume multi-shuttle feeding sessions to build your reflexes. Whether you are aiming for the Delhi District Badminton Championship or just want to improve your game, we focus on the specifics—footwork, defensive rallies, and deceptive net play. ### The Training Philosophy * **Performance Focused:** We run daily high-intensity sessions for state-level hopefuls using feather shuttles to ensure match-ready experience. * **Holistic Growth:** It is not only about badminton. Our fitness routines include agility ladder drills and flexibility stretching to prevent injuries and boost stamina. * **Personal Attention:** I keep my coach-to-player ratios tight, ensuring that you get feedback on every swing, whether you are in the beginner kids batch or the adult fitness group. ### Why Train With Us? If you have seen our photos from recent tournaments, you know that 17 medals in a single championship did not happen by accident. It happened because we focus on consistency. We track your progress, give you monthly feedback, and place you in the right competitive tier to help you grow. From the wooden floors in Saket to the courts in Vasant Kunj, every facility is built to give you a professional playing experience. If you are ready to stop just playing and start competing, come visit one of my academies for a trial. ## About Smash2Play I started Smash2Play because I was tired of the hassle of finding turf and coaching that actually worked. I focus on creating a community where the game matters more than the drama. My team and I are here to push you, whether you want to lose weight or win your next district match.
