It is not just about drills; I focus on getting you plenty of court time with a 1:8 coach-to-player ratio, so you are actually hitting shuttles or passing the ball rather than just watching others play. Our programs are designed for real progress, not just attendance. If you are picking up a racquet for the first time or looking to refine your backhand, I offer structured paths at all our venues, including DAV Public School in Vasant Kunj and New Green Field School in Saket. ### The Badminton Edge For kids and teens, we focus on grip, footwork, and consistency. We start with basics like shadow practice and move to rally building. For adults, my fitness-focused batches are the perfect mix of a workout and a game, helping you burn calories while actually learning the sport. ### Football for the Youngsters Our football academy follows an AIFF-licensed curriculum. With a 1:12 coach ratio, we ensure your child gets individual correction, whether they are in the 'Little Kickers' group or the U15 squad. We focus on ball mastery and small-sided games to keep things engaging. ### Summer & Weekend Flexibility We know life in Delhi gets busy. That is why I have kept the registration flexible—weekend-only batches for the working crowd and intensive summer camps for kids who want to spend their break on the court instead of the couch.
