### Live Street Chaat Counter (from ₹4,500)

From ₹4,500 per counter, quoted on your specifics. One full chaat counter with chef, wide chaat selection, minimum 50 guests. Priced per counter, not per plate.

#### Station Setup
*   **Staff:** Uniformed chef wearing gloves and head cap for live assembly.
*   **Hygiene:** Mineral water used for Pani Puri water. Glass or melamine bowls for ingredient display.
*   **Serving:** High quality paper plates or Areca leaf bowls with wooden spoons.

#### Menu Options
*   Pani puri, masala puri, sev puri, bhel puri, dahi puri, papadi chat, samosa chat.
*   Aloo tikki, dahi bhalla, dhokla, mini veg samosa, kachori chat.
*   Pav bhaji, chole bature, chole with bread kulcha.

#### How Pricing Works
*   **Our live counters start from ₹4,500 per counter.** This is a starting figure, not a fixed one.
*   We cannot give you an exact number without the specifics. Tell us which counter you want, how many people are coming and how many varieties you would like, and we will quote it properly.
*   Price is for the counter as a whole, not per plate.
*   **Minimum 50 guests** for any live counter.

#### What We Bring and What You Arrange
*   We bring all cooking equipment for the counter, ingredients, serveware and staff.
*   **You arrange the tables.** We do not supply tables or chairs.
*   We will confirm the power requirement in writing once the booking is final. A 15 amp plug point is typically needed.
*   Transportation is charged extra depending on the location.

#### Terms
*   50 percent at the time of booking, 50 percent on the event day.
*   Cancellation one week or more before the event: 50 percent of what you paid is refunded. Inside 7 days: no refund.
*   We need 2 hours on site to set up, 1.5 hours at minimum.
*   Guest count increases need 2 to 3 days notice and are adjusted in the final bill.
*   We clean spillover on the counter. Deep cleaning and wet or dry waste disposal are not part of our scope.

### Live Pasta Counter (from ₹4,500)

From ₹4,500 per counter, quoted on your specifics. Penne, fusilli or macroni tossed to order in white, red or pink sauce. Minimum 50 guests.

Typically ₹4,500 per counter onwards (estimate)

#### Ingredients
*   **Pasta shapes:** Penne, fusilli or macroni. Spaghetti also available with assorted sauces.
*   **Sauces:** White, red or pink.
*   **Vegetables:** Corn, capsicum, mushroom, olives, basil, zucchini and brocolli.

#### Service
*   **Cooking:** Prepared fresh in a pan on an induction or gas stove in front of your guests.
*   **Condiments:** Oregano, chilli flakes and black pepper shakers provided at the counter.

#### Station Type (Select 1)
*   **Grill:** Live waffles or pancakes poured fresh onto the iron.
*   **Fountain:** Tiered chocolate fondue with marshmallows and diced fruits.

#### Toppings and Sides
*   **Sauces:** Hershey's chocolate syrup, maple syrup, honey.
*   **Crunch:** Sugar sprinkles (vermicelli), choco chips, crushed nuts.
*   **Service:** Served in paper cones or disposable plates.

### Live Charcoal Tandoor and BBQ Counter (from ₹4,500)

From ₹4,500 per counter, quoted on your specifics. Live sigri grill with chef, wide veg, chicken, mutton and seafood tikka and kebab selection. Minimum 50 guests.

Typically ₹4,500 per counter onwards (estimate)

#### Menu Selection
*   **Veg:** Tandoori paneer tikka in achari, reshmi, sauf or ajwani styles. Tandoori pineapple, BBQ watermelon, haryali mushroom, brocolli, gobi, babycorn, spicy aloo, corn on the cob, mixed vegetable and cheese skewers.
*   **Chicken:** Tandoori chicken tikka, malai tikka, haryali tikka, reshmi kebab, pahadi tikka, tikka kabab, sheekh kabab, lahsuni murgh, banjara kabab, afgani tikka, peri peri tikka, BBQ wings.
*   **Mutton and seafood:** Mutton sheekh, fish achari, amristari fish tikka, tandoori prawns.
*   **Accompaniments:** Fresh mint chutney, laccha onions and lemon wedges.

#### Preparation
*   **Grill:** Items finished live on a charcoal sigri for smoky flavour.
*   **Marinade:** Yoghurt based marinades with Kashmiri chilli and ginger garlic paste.

*   **Our live counters start from ₹4,500 per counter.** A charcoal counter is quoted on the specifics, so we cannot put an exact figure here.
*   Tell us how many people are coming and which varieties you want, and we will quote it properly.
*   Price is for the counter as a whole, not per plate.
*   **Minimum 50 guests** for any live counter.

#### What We Bring and What You Arrange
*   We bring the grill and all counter equipment, ingredients, serveware and staff.
*   **You arrange the tables.** We do not supply tables or chairs.
*   Charcoal grilling needs an open or well ventilated spot. We confirm the exact site requirement in writing once the booking is final.
*   Transportation is charged extra depending on the location.

#### Terms
*   50 percent at the time of booking, 50 percent on the event day.
*   Cancellation one week or more before the event: 50 percent of what you paid is refunded. Inside 7 days: no refund.
*   We need 2 hours on site to set up, 1.5 hours at minimum.
*   Non veg on this counter covers chicken, mutton, fish and prawns. We do not cook any other meat.
*   We clean spillover on the counter. Deep cleaning and waste disposal are not part of our scope.

## About Live Food Stations

### Food That Doubles as the Entertainment

We set up live counters where our chefs cook in front of your guests. People pick their sauces and toppings and talk to the chef.

### Counters We Run

- **Pasta station:** penne, fusilli or macroni, with white, red or pink sauce. Corn, capsicum, mushroom, olives, basil, zucchini and brocolli.
- **Live chaat:** pani puri, masala puri, sev puri, bhel puri, dahi puri, papadi chat, samosa chat, aloo tikki, dahi bhalla, kachori chat, pav bhaji, chole bature.
- **BBQ and tandoor:** paneer tikka in achari, reshmi, sauf or ajwani styles, tandoori pineapple, BBQ watermelon, plus chicken tikkas and kebabs, mutton sheekh, fish tikka and tandoori prawns.
- **Pizza station:** 4 inch veg mini pizzas with veggies, paneer, cheese and tomato.
- **Dosa counter:** plain, masala and onion dosa.
- **Momo station:** steamed dumplings with veg, cheese or paneer, with spicy chutney.
- **Fries station:** basic salt through to peri peri.
- **Nachos station:** nachos with a range of dips and sauces.

### How It Works

**Counters start from ₹4,500 each.** That is a starting figure, not a fixed price. Each counter is quoted on your specifics, so tell us which counter you want, how many guests are coming and how many varieties you would like, and we will give you a proper number. Pricing is per counter, not per plate. Minimum 50 guests.

We bring all the cooking equipment, ingredients, uniformed chefs and serveware. Staff wear gloves and head caps.

We keep veg and non-veg separate at service, with separate vessels and separate counters. Our kitchen also cooks egg and non-veg.

**You arrange the tables**, we do not supply furniture or event decor. We send the power requirement in writing before the event, usually a 15 amp point. Our Interactive Dessert Counter is available on request.

### My story

Hey, we’re Nazia and Akshay, the duo behind Smart Chef Catering. Food’s our love language, honestly. Give us your wildest party idea, and we’ll run with it—especially if it’s a kid’s theme like Avengers or Frozen (those grazing tables, pure magic). We once made a nervous birthday girl super happy, and that’s what keeps us going. If you want food that people remember, we’re all in. Our clients’ smiles? That’s the real deal for us.

### My work

- **Catering Across Bengaluru**: We cater birthdays, house parties, launches and corporate events with snack boxes, hi-tea, buffets and grazing tables.
- **Live Food Counters**: Our counters start from ₹4,500 each. The dessert counter, including waffles, is available on request.
- **Themed Party Food**: Printed food labels and toppers feature in our themed spreads. We do not supply backdrops, character cutouts or balloons.
- **Custom Menus and Pricing**: Buffets are billed per plate served, equally for children and adults. Grazing tables start from ₹25,000 per setup for all occasions.
- **Cooking and Scope**: Non-counter food comes hot from Dasarahalli. You arrange tables and chairs. Crockery, staff and transport cost extra. No event decor, cake or bar service.
- **Founder and Experience**: Nazia Iqbal founded Smart Chef Catering in 2017. Her 10 years of personal experience includes earlier hotel-industry work.
