For instance, in our Kedia’s Residence project, we installed a structural glass bridge not just for the visual impact but to allow natural light to filter deep into the lower levels of the home. This kind of integration, where form meets function, is the core of how we approach every square foot of your property. ### Materiality and Light We believe that architectural details are the language of a home. When we design, we look at how materials like marble, glass, steel, and timber interact with light throughout the day. In our projects, you will often find us using fluted wood paneling, Italian marble, or metallic finishes to create textures that change as the sun moves across a room. ### Structural Innovation We often push the boundaries of standard construction to add value to your living experience. This might involve using heavy I-beam steel to create cantilevered balconies that appear to float, or volumetric design to achieve double-height living areas.
